It has very good staff and location. Found in the great area right by the beach, Playa La Ropa.
The bathrooms are quite small.

Comfortable place for short stay in Zihuatanejo. The staff were eager to help on questions we had. In the restaurant they served Mexican cuisine dishes.

The breakfast was yummy, welcoming service, incredibly nice staff. The room was fairly good, immaculate & the decor there was homey. I liked the bed, which was exceptionally comfortable. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, ideal location. The pool was lovely and the views were absolutely beautiful! Such great stay in a fab hotel.
Shame the bathroom was cold.

our favorite hotel in zihuatanejo, staff was friendly. it is a quiet venue. the king room we were given had a safe, cable channels and a seating area.
Beds were very firm.

The hotel was near to the beautiful beach. Booked table at Ceniza, it's their onsite restaurant.
